In the PTSD tab, I shared with you that we each come from the Tao Source Ultimate Creator, and that we each have the 10 Da (Greatest qualities) as our True nature. Again here are our 10 Da qualities:

We can actively call upon these qualities through a lovely service called Tao Calligraphy, that involves tracing, chanting then silent chanting and meditation.
What is Tao Calligraphy and Tao Chang?
