Delivery of Services
When you place a service order, it will be delivered based upon its classification:
Approval Required: If you apply to receive a blessing, you will hear back about your application status within 2-4 days. If you apply to attend an event, class, or training program, you will hear back about your application status within 7 days.
Delivery by Teleconference, Zoom Meeting, or Webinar: Services upon purchase relative to the above gatherings are often delivered during or at the end of the event. Additionally, the services that you are approved for and registered for may remain open for 2 weeks duration to be delivered remotely on Sundays at 3 PM MST in Arizona time, to allow an extended window of opportunity for your benefit. Services to be delivered in person are often at the location during the events; otherwise, the service may require an appointment at the office in Tempe, Arizona.
If you register for a service on the site lightblessingservices.com, that service will be delivered remotely also on Sunday at 3 PM MST in Arizona. Participants of Divina Flamingarrow’s events will be notified via email regarding their approval status, usually accompanied by the registration link for such services. This email will include the time and date when this offer ends. If the participant is not present at the time of initial delivery for the service, then the participant will receive it remotely on the Sunday following at 3 PM MST Arizona time.
Immediate Delivery of Services
If you place an order for a service with immediate delivery, the service(s) will be delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. Some services are totally virtual while others may be augmented by a multimedia experience involving video, files, images, audio recordings, or other digital or electronic formats. Such services will be provided for registered users viewing, listening, or receiving through the telephone, internet, video, digital, or other similar media broadcast service.
Refunds
All services purchased through the site lightblessingservices.com and other locations are non-refundable. If you selected the wrong service by mistake, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the purchase to have the correct service added to your account at no charge, provided the intended service is a monetary match valued in USD. Physical products are not part of our online store or office at this time but may become available in the future. All digital products downloaded from the site lightblessingservices.com are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. All services and Blessings are also non-refundable.
Prohibited Actions during all events and on the site lightblessingservices.com:
Photography, screenshots, videos, and audio recordings using any device or software by any participant in person or in a virtual setting are prohibited.
Events
You may cancel your registration for an event that you purchased from us up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. A cancellation fee of $100 USD will be applied to the refund amount. Under 30 days prior to the start of the event, no refund will be processed. You must process a cancellation for any event as needed through customer service at: [email protected].
Changes of Attendance
Changes of attendance from onsite to online (webcast) or from online to onsite attendance will be accepted up to 30 days before the start of the event. An administrative fee of $100 USD and the change of registration fee (if higher) will be applied. Under 30 days, no change from onsite to online webcast will be accepted. However, a change from webcast to onsite could be accepted within the remaining capacity of the room. An administrative fee of $100 USD and the change in registration fee (if higher) will be applied.
Cancellation of an Event
If the organizer of the event is not available as scheduled, a full refund of event fees paid will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation. Travel, accommodation, and other personal costs are non-refundable.
Education Classes and Video General Refund Policy
All online programs delivered by lightblessingservices.com are non-refundable.
